Greetify ("we", "us", "our") operates the Greetify mobile application and related services (the "Service"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

Your account and cards are retained until you delete them or delete your account. Deleted items are removed from active systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.

You can access, export, or delete your data at any time from the in-app account settings, or by emailing the address below. EU/EEA, UK, and California residents have additional rights under GDPR/UK GDPR/CCPA including the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Greetify is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit using TLS. Backend storage is access-controlled and audited. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard practices.

8. International transfers

Greetify is operated from Germany. If you use the Service outside the EU, your information will be transferred to and processed in the EU.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
